Green Tea vs Cancer?
Green tea is a beverage that was consumed back in the ancient times and it is still best consumed around the world today. Most of the tea consumed around the world is black tea but in Japan and China green tea is more common. The least most common types of tea are oolong and white tea and are not consumed as wildly as black and green. The tea is best made from the leaves of the plant Camellia Sinensis. When you harvest, the tea leaves begin to oxidize and when they oxidize the chemicals in the leaves are broken down. The leaves are broken down into enzymes and this leads the leaves to turn darker. The amount of oxidation with other aspects determine the teas’ type.
